When you place an order with us, it generally takes us about 5-7 business days to lovingly prepare it for shipment, not including Holidays and Weekends. We kindly ask for your understanding to keep this in consideration when ordering. Orders typically take 5 business days to arrive. However, sometimes factors such as stormy weather, long distances, or unforeseen events may lengthen this time frame a bit. Once your tracking number is in hand, for any concerns about delivery times, we humbly request you to reach out to Canada Post directly.

If you have any inkling that your item might have been lost or delivered erroneously, we recommend you immediately file a claim with the relevant postal office. After doing so, please proceed to inform us about the situation at binteji.vintage@gmail.com, making sure to include your claim number. Without this detail, we are sad to say that we won't be able to assist with your lost or delayed package. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As an international shopper, please expect your lovable packages to make their way to you within a time frame of 2-3 weeks. Now and then, they might take a bit longer, journeying up to a total of 30 days to reach you.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to cherish your purchases - each product is unique and sold 'as is'. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as we can't provide refunds. If within the first 5 business days of owning your new vintage gem, you decide another product might be a better fit, we're here to help with an exchange for an equal or lesser value item. Do keep in mind, if you opt to exchange for a lesser-priced product, the price difference cannot be refunded. The vintage charm of our items means they may carry their age with small imperfections.
